Sick to my stomach

Well I am starting to believe adoption just is not in our future. Our court date is less then 2 days away and it looks like its not happening. The ethiopian courts stopped hearing abandonment cases last friday and of course this effects us. I really can not express how I feel at this point.Im shakey and sick to the point of throwing up. I am seriuosly at the point that some meds may be in order. I cant sleep, breath or anything for that matter.Yet again we are so close and any hapiness coming to us has been ripped away. I was praying for some sorta miracle today but yet again the day is over and all I can do is cry.

OMG I am so sorry to hear this! oh NO. I canNOT imagine what you are going through. If they told me that I would be out of my head with worry and grief. Please, you have to pray or something. I'm not really religious but hopefully you are. Pray, or find a friend to help you through this. Husband? There must be some reason for this. I can't think of one, but there must. Maybe your flight would have crashed if you'd gone on the one you planned. Or something else horrible. Just hang in there and try to believe this happened for a reason, a good reason, not a bad reason. I'm thinking of you, please update when you can.

I've been thinking and praying for your little one as well as the rest of your family. Good thinks come to those who wait. As hard as that might be your end results will be well worth the wait.

I feel like a hypocrite trying to be supportive of you. My heart breaks. SO much has been placed upon you in this journey. So much.

Oh no! I'm so sorry this is happening to your family! I'm praying that these restrictions will be lifted soon. One verse that comes to mind is...
"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him" (Romans 8:28)
God will give you the strength to continue this fight.

Hello...I just came across your site and my heart is breaking for you. We, too, lost our dear son, Brighton Asher before we could bring him home. Our hearts ache for the helpless in Ethiopia. Our close friends just lost their little girl as well, and her name was Kennedy, also.

I am praying for the courts to open back up quickly and your family will be united soon.

If you would like to talk, please feel free to contact me. Our site is www.babyhoffman.blogspot.com .

God bless you and your family,

Laura
